Housekeepers: 

Our Housekeepers ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, guests, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to established standards
• Perform laundry services as needed
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and stocked
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in safe and proper working order
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership

What you need to succeed:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a senior living or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required per local/state guidelines
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening; additional pre-employment requirements (TB test, fingerprinting, physical) may apply

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
