Our housekeeping/laundry team takes great pride in their work and as a result, we are known for having a facility that looks, smells, and feels good. Our mission extends to our employees too as we know that HAPPY employees provide excellent services. We are currently looking for a housekeeping/laundry professional to join our team!

Responsibilities Include:

• Routine janitorial and cleaning activities for resident rooms, public, and common areas of the facility in accordance with the established cleaning process.


• Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linens.


• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.


• Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning and housekeeping supplies.


• Respond to calls for housekeeping needs.


• Work with a team of housekeepers and nursing department on each shift.


• Perform detailed deep cleans as necessary.


• Strictly adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure personal safety and safety of others.


• Follow the policies and procedures of the facility in accordance with regulations.


• Treat all residents with respect, enjoy the rewards of getting to know the people we serve and recognize the value YOU bring to their lives.

Requirements:

• A great attitude, a passion for helping others, high standards for quality and cleanliness as well as a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.


• Must be at least 19 years of age and have a valid driver's license.


• Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which include a medical and physical examination.


• Ability to work as a team, great collaboration.


• Must be able to pass applicable background checks.


• Weekend and holiday rotations required.
