We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our team who values our agency's focus and organizational excellence.

POSITION SUMMARY: The housekeeper is responsible for providing property with general custodial functions, light maintenance and additional duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Obtains list of vacant units and move-outs that need to be cleaned immediately in order to prepare work assignments.


2. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all housekeeping supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.


3. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safe work practices.


4. Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc. on a daily basis, with more frequent cleaning as necessary to maintain excellent entrance appeal.


5. Conducts general cleaning of walls, windows, tables, etc. throughout the building(s) on a daily basis.


6. Cleans laundry room(s), community room(s), conference room(s) and management offices on a daily basis.


7. Vacuums hallways, sweeps and cleans parking lot each daily.


8. Cleans community bathrooms daily, more often, if necessary, to maintain sanitary conditions.


9. Cleans stairways and elevators on a regularly scheduled basis

• The Candidate:


• High School diploma or equivalent is a preferred qualification or proven ability to read labels, instructions, etc.


• 1 year custodial experience preferred.


• Ability to provide excellent customer service.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.


• Ability to be well organized and flexible.
