POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition to provide a suitable environment for patient care and staff work. Performs a variety of housekeeping duties that may include dusting, washing, and disinfecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors, gathering and disposing of refuse; arranging furniture and performing similar tasks. May also perform minimal laundry duties. Starting hourly wage for this position is $15.73. Actual hourly rate is dependent on experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Cleaning experience desirable, but not required. On-the-job training provided.

Must have ability to plan and organize scheduled work.

Must be able to speak English to the extent needed for training, safety, and co-worker communication.
