Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Every 8th weekend and holiday required

In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain Resident rooms, public spaces, offices, and community amenities—ensuring every space reflects our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help ensure our community remains clean, comfortable, and inviting. Responsibilities include:

• Providing maid service for Residents (based on individual requests)
• Cleaning Resident rooms and public areas
• Maintaining all units and common areas, including:
  • Lights, mirrors, chandeliers, and woodwork
  • Dusting and vacuuming halls, elevators, and storage rooms
  • Entrance door windows, laundry rooms, and dining room carpet
• Cleaning all restrooms
• Emptying office trash cans and dusting furniture
• Cleaning stairways and stairway halls
• Removing cobwebs from ceilings
• Cleaning interior windows in halls and stairways as needed
• Performing linen exchanges
• Cleaning model apartments
• Vacuuming lobby and atrium furniture
• Cleaning guest rooms during stays and after departures
• Dusting elevator walls and common hall areas
• Inspecting rooms, halls, and lobbies for repair or equipment needs and reporting recommendations
• Attending periodic staff meetings to discuss policies, Resident concerns, and service improvements

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED, or
• 1–3 months of housekeeping experience, or
• A combination of education and experience
