Housekeeper

Mosaic Management Group is seeking a caring and dependable person to join our team as a full-time housekeeper at our Green Bay Assisted Living Community. The Housekeeper will perform a combination of duties to assist maintaining the community in a state of good repair, cleanliness and attractive appearance.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain neat, clean interior and exterior of buildings


• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas.


• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.


• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.


• Inform Director of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.


• Keeps housekeeping carts clean and in good working order.


• Attend all required training and staff meetings.


• Strive to maintain a safe working environment.


• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must enjoy working with older adults


• Excellent attendance record


• Housekeeping/custodial experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
