Position
Purpose:
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas on residential property and preparing vacate units for new residents as assigned by
Community
Manager.
Each community location has pre-designated office hours which this position will need to accompany to ensure community operations are functioning effectively.
Key
Contributions:
Cleaning:
Cleaning vacant units to a market ready status within 24-72 hours as designated by manager while maintaining company standards.
Common
Space:
Ensure resident satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of interior & exterior of property by completing daily tasks in the manner prescribed by company standards.
Supply
Room &
Equipment:
Keep supply rooms fully stocked and in a clean and orderly state, ensure cleanliness of vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment/supplies.
Customer
Service:
Ensure that the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis.
Perform other duties as needed.

Education:
High school diploma or
G E C required.
Experience:
1 year of customer service experience.
Physical &
Cognitive:.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.

Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier Driver must have reliable means of transportation Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving. Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
