Housekeeper | Affton, MO | Full-Time | On-Site
Multifamily Housing | Pay: $17.00- $19.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team in Affton, MO at The Villages at General Grant Apartments. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
Assist with snow removal (when applicable)
Assist with additional assignments and projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
Must be detail oriented
