Housekeeper- Houston, TX

A family in Houston is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly discreet full-time Housekeeper to maintain their private residence to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. This position requires white-glove service, an exceptional eye for detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Daily tidying and deep cleaning of all rooms 

• Laundry, ironing, steaming, and proper care of delicate and high-end garments 

• Changing and refreshing linens, towels, and bedding 

• Cleaning and caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and high-end surfaces 

• Organization of household items, closets, pantries, and storage areas 

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials 

• Ensure home is guest-ready at all times; assist with preparation for events or guests 

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities promptly and discreetly 

• Provide occasional assistance with light errands or deliveries as needed 

• Work collaboratively with other household staff as part of a professional and respectful team 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of similar experience  

• Experience working in large estate homes and delivering white-glove service 

• Knowledge of fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and care for luxury household materials 

• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills 

• Must be willing to commit exclusively to this household (no outside clients or positions) 

• Trustworthy, respectful, discreet, and service-oriented 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
