Housekeeper- Paradise Valley, Arizona

Our client is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for a 6,500-square-foot home in Paradise Valley, AZ. The household includes three family members and three friendly dogs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining a large, high-end home with care, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of the home, including vacuuming, dusting, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen
• Laundry and wardrobe care: washing, folding, steaming/ironing, organizing closets, and managing dry cleaning
• Changing bed linens and towels regularly and keeping bathrooms stocked and organized
• Cleaning and organizing the fridge, pantry, drawers, and garbage bins. 
• Light food prep such as washing produce, roasting vegetables, and preparing simple proteins
• Occasional assistance with table setting and serving during events. 
• Tidying toys and shared areas; engaging warmly with the family's child when appropriate
• Maintaining a calm, polished presence and communicating clearly with the principals
• Using only non-toxic cleaning products as provided and directed by the family
• Creating and maintaining housekeeping and organizational systems throughout the home. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of similar experience working in a private household setting. 
• No perfume or strong scents due to household sensitivities
• Must be comfortable around dogs and children
• Must be able to pass a background check. 
• Verifiable references required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $35–$40/hour, DOE
