Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed

- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with hotel policies

- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

- Assist with special cleaning projects and hotel-wide initiatives as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
