Position Summary

Our Housekeepers create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by maintaining resident apartments and community common areas to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, and committed to providing excellent service while respecting each resident's dignity, privacy, and individual preferences.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Clean resident apartments and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing according to community standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely dispose of trash, waste, and contaminated materials in accordance with established procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Respect residents' privacy by knocking before entering and honoring their personal preferences regarding room arrangement and belongings.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning products and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional living experience for residents.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, healthcare, senior living, or office setting is preferred, but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to safely use cleaning products and follow written and verbal instructions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, respectful, and service-oriented attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

  Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
