Housekeeping Attendant - Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana

At the Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana, we’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help prepare and maintain guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure they are clean, fresh, and ready for our guests. From making beds and refreshing bathrooms to restocking amenities and noticing the small details that make a room feel just right, your work will be an important part of the experience we provide each day.

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for preparing clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms while helping us maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas
• Making beds and replacing linens and towels
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Restocking guest amenities and room supplies
• Making sure each room is clean, organized, and ready to welcome the next guest
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or repair needs
• Properly reporting and turning in lost-and-found items
• Keeping cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities stocked and organized
• Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Working together with the Housekeeping team and other hotel departments
• Following established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Jumping in to help with other tasks when needed to support the hotel and your team

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Can manage multiple rooms while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Is flexible to work weekends and holidays based on hotel needs
• Has previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing and pulling housekeeping carts, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
