They maintain efficiency by coordinating between housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, ensuring timely room readiness and high-quality guest service. Key skills include using communication tools, prioritizing tasks, and operating in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 


Requirements

 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with housekeeping software, or MS Office.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is often required
