Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our residents. Your responsibilities will include cleaning apartments and common areas, ensuring our community remains a comfortable and safe place to live. This position focuses on light housekeeping tasks, allowing residents to enjoy their independence while benefiting from a well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Wipe down surfaces and clean windows as needed.
• Maintain supply inventory for cleaning products and report any needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in setting up for community events and activities when required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in a senior living or healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
