Housekeeping Manager

A luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and hands -on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas, while building and leading a high -performing, engaged team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast -paced resort environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members to uphold Isla Bella’s luxury standards
  

• Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture aligned with our service values
  

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and departmental workflow
  

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met
  

• Create and manage team schedules based on occupancy and business needs
  

• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
  

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; order and track as needed
  

• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
  

• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support departmental projects
  

• Step in to support operations during peak periods as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. 
  
• 3–5+ years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort. 
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards under high -volume occupancy.
  
• Experience with housekeeping software/systems and inventory management.
  
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a tropical resort setting.
  
• Due to visa restrictions, at the
  moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian
