Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards in our facilities. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
