ROLE

Primary Responsibility: To run the day-to-day operations as a facilitator of vendor relations, invoicing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, ordering and Status Board operations. This Manager will directly oversee and be responsible for the results of Status Board Supervisor, Status Board agents, PM Supervisors, Linen Attendants, Runners and etc.

Secondary Responsibility: To assist in all other areas of the Housekeeping operation as directed by Management. This includes duties of the field operations manager and common areas operations manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of in the support operations.
• Possess a desire and passion about creating a safe, fun working environment while genuinely valuing each team member.
• When required, provide disciplinary recommendations to management for approval prior to issuing corrective actions or having corrective conversation (i.e. note to file).
• Evaluate supply stock daily to ensure all field employees have adequate supplies to complete daily duties and notify management immediately if additional supplies are or will needed.
• Ensure all employees have fully stocked carts prior to every shift.
• Ensure there is coverage for all necessary jobs for each day in order to complete turn on time and at the expected quality level for guests.
• Work with Manager to ensure proper scheduling of employees based on need and demand.
• Supervise the cleaning, inspection and supervision of all units.
• Must have working knowledge of SDS, OSHA, HazCom and all applicable safety laws.
• Knowledge of proper chemical and Hazardous material handling.
• Take ownership and respond to any guest requests and challenges in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Appropriate, timely documentation of accidents and incidents.
• Maintain a flexible schedule understanding that presence will be necessary during the busiest times/days. Schedule may be changed by management throughout the year based on seasons and business needs.
• Must work efficiently within a team environment.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with team and management.
• Must be able to work effectively in stressful, high pressure situations.
• Perform all other assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective oral and written English communication skills.
• Some Spanish Language proficiency helpful.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have professional appearance.
