Public Area Attendant

Do you like making a great first impression? As a public area attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guest’s and Heartist have a great first impression of our hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure that all public spaces and restrooms are clean and presentable as to standard.
• Greet and assist with guest’s needs, providing direction and instruction as requested.
• Communicating any defects for other departments such as Engineering to address.
• Following all proper safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe facility.

Your experience and skills include:

• 1-4 years in Housekeeping or related area
• Knowledge of the function and department processes.
• Understand and communicate to guests and colleagues in English
• Basic knowledge of technology use (computer, mobile device, two-way radio)
