Housekeeping Public Space Supervisor - World Equestrian Center, OH

Essential Functions:

• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces according to daily assignments and standards.


• Ensure the safety of all guests and belongings.


• Stock and organize housekeeping closets to ensure items are readily available.


• Empty and replace all trash liners within the trash cans


• Stage and assign golf carts


• Complete detailed cleaning items as assigned.


• Keep storage and supply areas clean and tidy.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that need attention.


• Providing on-going training and guidance to team members.


• Monitoring supply levels and coordinating orders with the Housekeeping Manager to prevent shortages. (ordering/purchasing)


• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.


• Assisting with the scheduling and assignments of the public department with the Housekeeping Manager.


• Other duties and projects assigned by management.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 25lbs


• Must be able to work walking and or standing continuously for a period of 8 hours


• Team member may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl


• Team member is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel


• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Prior experience in cleaning position preferred


• Excellent guest service and communication skills


• Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills required


• Passion and excitement for the hospitality/service industry


• Ability to work in high paced environment


• Strong ability to Multitask
