Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are hiring for a Housekeeper to join our team at a beautiful, upscale resort nestled along the coast. This 24-acre property offers breathtaking surroundings, a professional team environment, and a guest experience rooted in luxury and comfort. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. Given the expansive layout of the resort, candidates must be comfortable and physically able to move frequently between buildings and throughout the grounds to complete their daily tasks efficiently.

Salary: $19.25/hr - Paid Weekly

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.


• Restock amenities and ensure rooms meet the resort’s cleanliness and presentation standards.


• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas as needed.


• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.


• Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the appropriate departments.


• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.


• Ensure cleaning carts, equipment, and supplies are maintained and stored properly.


• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to meet daily operational goals.

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.


• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift, with the capacity to travel across a large property.


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
