Job Summary

Housekeeping Room Attendant - Hacienda Del Sol Resort

We are seeking a dependable, punctual, and detail oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant with a strong work ethic for Hacienda Del Sol Resort in Tucson, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our guests while they are staying with us.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full time, hourly position with a competitive wage and benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k retirement plan, employee discounts and more.  Housekeeping Room Attendants also receive service charge as part of their compensation.

Responsibilities
• Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, changing linens, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and wiping windowsills and ledges.
• Greet guests on arrival and ensure they are comfortable and well taken care of.
• Remind guests of check-out time and ensure all personal items are removed from the room.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors.
• Follow all workplace safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Suggest additional services to guests as appropriate.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant in a hospitality environment preferred
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness consistent with our standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to comprehend and comply with regulating laws and guidelines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be available to work flexible shifts
