Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping staff adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and service. This role involves inspecting guest rooms and public areas, providing feedback to housekeeping staff, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.

- Provide constructive feedback and training to housekeeping staff to improve performance and service quality.

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

- Address guest concerns and requests related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all housekeeping operations.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
