Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping functions and staff within our property. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained while striving to enhance guest and employee satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maximizing the financial performance of the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct housekeeping operations, ensuring all standards and procedures are followed.

- Supervise and support housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Oversee laundry operations and ensure timely and efficient service.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest and employee satisfaction.

- Manage departmental budgets, including linen and supplies inventory.

- Prepare for the opening and closing of the housekeeping department.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Be available to work weekends as needed.

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and best practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work under pression.

- Able to work  effectively in windows envoiroment. (excel, work, outlook, Teams)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in budget management and inventory control.
