We are located down the road from the Charleston Airport and across from the Tanger Outlet Mall.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, manage schedules, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and provide training to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage housekeeping supply inventory and order materials as needed.
• Meet operational MPOR needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Flexibility to work in shifts
