Job Description:

Tuscan Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage all functions of our Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities, while leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules and laundry services.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.

- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the housekeeping and laundry departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
