As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards
• Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction
• Inspects and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy
• Assist in training and development of both existing and new staff members
• Report engineering issues according to established company procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering top-notch customer service

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
