Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
