The Grand Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and maintain exceptional sanitation and cleanliness standards at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at [Facility]. Key Responsibilities:

  Housekeeping & Laundry Supplies Management: Purchase and supervise the distribution of housekeeping and laundry supplies, ensuring that inventory is well-maintained and readily available for daily operations.

  Documentation & Scheduling: Prepare cleaning schedules, documentation, and conduct in-service training for staff to ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with facility standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Sanitation & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all sanitation procedures are followed and that cleaning equipment is properly maintained to meet safety and operational standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning & Waste Disposal Oversight: Perform cleaning procedures when necessary and supervise waste disposal processes to ensure compliance with facility protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Infection Control Practices: Monitor infection control practices and ensure the team is following updated procedures and protocols. Maintain accurate and updated MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) records.

  
  


• 
  

  Daily Inspections: Conduct daily rounds to ensure the facility maintains a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with corporate supervisors to implement policies and procedures that maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facility.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Leadership & Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills to supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure the effective execution of daily tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Sanitation & Infection Control: Knowledge of OSHA regulations, sanitation standards, and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry management within a healthcare setting, preferably a skilled nursing facility.

  
  


• 
  

  Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, residents, families, and leadership.
