Overview of the role 

We are looking for a Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to work Midshift from 11:00 am to 7:00pm.

Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Epicurean Hotel. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

What you have 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have open schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you’ll do 

• Supervising and coaching the housekeeping team
• Conducting daily room inspections, including VIP arrivals
• Managing housekeeping inventory and supply orders
• Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations
