Hampton Inn Melbourne Viera is looking for a passionate, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in creating spotless spaces and unforgettable first impressions. In this role, you’ll oversee the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces while ensuring every detail meets Hampton’s brand standards.

You’ll be a key player in guest satisfaction—conducting daily room inspections, keeping room status accurate with the Front Office, managing lost-and-found, coordinating same-day repairs, leading quarterly deep-clean rotations, and jumping in to assist with cleaning or special projects when needed. Safety, security, and compliance are part of the job too, and you’ll help keep the hotel running smoothly by identifying hazards and following all company and regulatory guidelines.

As a leader, you’ll inspire and support a dedicated housekeeping team by hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while creating a positive, service-driven work environment. You’ll also partner with the General Manager on budgeting, labor forecasting, inventory ordering, and cost controls—making sure the department runs efficiently without sacrificing quality.

We’re looking for someone with at least five years of housekeeping experience (including three years in a supervisory role), strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with hotel or franchise standards.
