In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping staff and ensure that all guest accommodations and public areas are impeccably clean, inviting, and properly maintained. You will be responsible for training and developing a team of housekeepers, setting a positive example with your attention to detail and work ethic. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities of the team.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
• Ensure that all guest accommodations are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Create and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists to optimize efficiency.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or housekeeping issues promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
