The Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth, NH hotel a Lafrance Hospitality property is looking for a motivated, responsible individual to join our growing team.

We are looking for a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping and laundry staff ensuring that guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards are met. The Housekeeping Supervisor will manage housekeeping areas according to brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.

Pay: $20 - $23 Per Hour

Shifts: Day Shifts, Must have Weekend & Holiday Availability

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor will display exemplary performance for staff to follow and reports directly to the General Manager.
• The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the training and management of all housekeeping staff and ensures that staff meet all service standards while following protocol and policies.
• The Supervisor will inspect all rooms and when needed clean rooms.
• Should be able to prioritize and use good judgement in the administration of responsibilities.

• Cleaning Experience required
• Hotel Experience preferred but NOT required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
