The Job:

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Housekeeping Supervisor to our Mission Bay Family.

In this vital role of Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with, and supervise, this amazing team, as well as directly impact our guests’ stay. The Housekeeping team proudly showcases our hotel, with sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Housekeeping Management team to ensure all standards are being met and our guests are enjoying a clean and hazard-free stay.

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar size hotel: (357+ rooms). We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership of your tasks and feedback from your manager so you can continue to grow.
• Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight
• Flexible schedule availability
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
