Job Summary

The Housekeeping Team Leader reports to the Executive Housekeeper.  He/She is accountable in giving vital support in the smooth running of the Housekeeping Team and promotes excellent hygiene and order of rooms and public areas. The Housekeeping Team Leader assist to ensure that the standards, directives and explanations are met in a timely and efficient manner. He/ she also ensures that customer service is delivered with great enthusiasm and confidence; and does this work through his /her team of dedicated, multi-skilled Colleagues.

The successful candidate should :

• Attained certification in Supervisory Management or equivalent certification in related field.


• Be computer literate


• Have a minimum of three (3) years experience


• Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels


• Have the ability to deal with conflict among team members.


• Have proven track record of strong leadership skills


• Have in-depth knowledge of Hospitality Housekeeping operations


• Be willing to work in challenging situations


• Have positive work ethics and attitude and must be willing to work long Hours
