Your mission:

Should you choose to accept it… The Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant/Housekeeper to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring every room is spotless, efficiently organizing workstations, and managing linens and supplies. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy creating a pristine environment, and love working in a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Where you can make an impact:

• Ensure all guest rooms meet resort standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain and organize work carts and stations to enhance appearance and productivity.
• Replace used linens, towels, and necessary supplies with fresh, clean items.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas following detailed housekeeping checklists.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing, trash disposal, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing as needed.
• Maintain uniforms and nametags in good condition.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or other housekeeping duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on emergency procedures, current projects, security issues, and the location of emergency equipment.

What Sets You Apart: Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• No prior experience required. Experience in a hotel or customer service environment is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent cleaning and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail.
• This position requires physical activity, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing housekeeping duties.
• Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
