Job Description - Housekeeping - Transitional Unit Coordinator

This position will be responsible for cleaning and prepping units campus wide to ensure units are presentable for tours and are in move in ready condition.  Must maintain a high standard of cleaning, possess the ability to be flexible and multi-task, be detailed oriented, and have good communion skills.  This position reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry but works closely with Marketing and Admissions to expedite turnaround time for units to be cleaned and prepped once a unit is vacated and/or is sold.

Hours of work 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.  Monday thru Friday, No Holidays, Weekends only on an as needed basis.
