Your Impact as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
In this role, you will:

  Lead the Team: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff

  Schedule Efficiently: Create department schedules in accordance with census and labor budgets

  Manage Inventory: Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controls

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting

  Inspect and Monitor: Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance

  Train Staff: Provide task-specific instruction to ensure safe and effective cleaning and laundry techniques

  Support Daily Operations: Ensure consistent delivery of linens and personal laundry, and keep supply rooms stocked
