National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are currently looking to hire a Houseman for a building in the area of Lisle,IL 60532.

Key Responsibilities

Straighten and arrange furniture throughout lobbies and public spaces

Empty trash and recycling bins in all public areas

Keep the fitness room clean, organized, and fully functional

Clean and wash windows/glass surfaces in lobby and shared spaces

Respond to guest requests/issues immediately—anticipate needs and act quickly

Assist room attendants with tasks like trash removal, linens, and supplies

Complete additional duties assigned by management promptly and efficiently

Schedules: (weekly assigned schedules)

1st: Monday-Sunday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (full-time)

2nd: Thursday,Friday,Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (Part-time)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Biweekly pay

Dress Code: Black polo, black pants, and black shoes.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or related field
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish for effective guest communication
• Maintain professional grooming standards daily
• Successful background check
• Available to start immediately
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
