Houseman

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to join our hospitality team in Birmingham, AL. This is a great opportunity to support daily operations at a beautifully maintained property known for exceptional guest experiences. As a Houseman, you will play a key role in ensuring public spaces and guest room areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work behind the scenes will help keep everything running smoothly.

Salary: $13.50/hr - Weekly Pay

Houseman Responsibilities:

• Deliver linens and supplies to guest floors and housekeeping closets


• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces


• Assist housekeeping staff with removing trash and dirty linens


• Report maintenance issues and ensure safety hazards are addressed


• Support housekeeping with setup or breakdown during high occupancy


• Respond promptly to guest requests when needed

Houseman Qualifications:

• Previous experience or similar role, hotel experience preferred.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.


• Strong communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.


• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
