Houseman / Household Support Private Residence | Miami Beach, FL

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable, hands-on Houseman to join their fully staffed household. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a private home environment, is service-minded, and is looking for a long-term role with room to learn and grow.

The family consists of a couple and three children, and the residence is their primary home. The household is fully staffed, including a House Manager, Housekeepers, Chef, and other support staff. The selected candidate will work as part of a team and assist with daily household support, light housekeeping, guest service, events, errands, and outdoor areas.

The family also spends part of the summer in the Hamptons, from approximately June through August, so the candidate must be open to traveling with the household during that time.

This is a full-time position with strong benefits, overtime opportunity, and bonus potential.

Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

Flexibility is appreciated when the family entertains or needs additional household support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with general household support
• Daily interior housekeeping
• Assist with setting up and breaking down family gatherings and events
• Serve guests during informal or formal gatherings, including drinks and light service
• Help organize outdoor, patio, and pool areas
• Assist with household errands and basic tasks as requested
• Help maintain household and event supplies
• Assist with beverage and party supply inventory
• Help with driving family members as needed
• Assist with caring for the household dog
• Work as part of a team and take direction from the House Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in a private home, hospitality, serving, housekeeping, maintenance, or household support role preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
• Comfortable helping both inside and outside the home
• Service-minded with a positive attitude
• Comfortable assisting guests during gatherings and events
• Able to work weekends and evening shifts
• Flexible to work overtime when needed
• Open to traveling to the Hamptons during the summer months
• Must be comfortable with dogs
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• $35 - $40 per hour, based on experience
