Houseperson

As a key member of the resort operations team the Houseperson I is responsible for preparing the rooms/units for cleaning, assisting with inspection of rooms/units after the housekeeping and maintenance staff has cleaned the room. Also maintaining resort quality standards.

As a Houseperson I, your responsibilities will include:

• Stocking housekeeping carts with appropriate supplies and delivering them to housekeeping staff as directed by management.
• Delivering buckets containing clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff, and retrieving them once the unit is completed.
• Collecting and disposing of trash and soiled linens from guest units.
• Preparing, stocking, cleaning, and performing light maintenance on unit spaces and amenities, including patios, patio furniture, and BBQ areas.
• Assisting housekeeping staff as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
