$1000.00 Bonus (Sign-On Bonus is applicable only to new hires and rehires who have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.)

Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by providing assistance with a variety of tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking storage closets, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel premises are clean and well-maintained.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including stripping of units, changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture
• Pick up dirty linen around the property, place all items in a central area for delivery to Laundry and out of guest view
• Clean front entrances to the units (doors, light fixtures, walkways) maintaining a neat and clean appearance for all buildings
• Clean walkways, stairways, railings, elevators, corridors and public areas
• Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Assist with projects as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must have a Valid TN State valid driver's license.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
