As a Houseperson, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. You will support the housekeeping team by keeping guest rooms spotless, stocking supplies, and promptly responding to guest requests. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining clean and well-kept hotel premises help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

As a Houseperson, you will:

• Assist the housekeeper in removal of garbage
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture
• Stock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other supplies
• Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed
• Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
