As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas throughout the property. You will ensure that our hotel provides guests with a consistently exceptional and welcoming environment.

What You Will Accomplish

·Assist Room Attendants by delivering and removing linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.

·Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, restrooms, and service areas.

·Collect, sort, and distribute soiled and fresh linens to appropriate locations.

·Respond promptly to guest requests and support other departments as needed.

·Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas to ensure proper function and safety.

·Remove trash and recyclables from guest floors and service closets regularly.

·Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.

·Support deep cleaning projects, furniture moves, and special housekeeping assignments.

·Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Great If you have

• Bilingual skills; English and Spanish

• Written and communication skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning/housekeeping position

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.

• Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor).

• Must be able to use cleaning tools, carts, and housekeeping machinery safely and effectively.
