Houseperson - Full Time AM/PM

Description

We are seeking a hands-on dynamic individual to join our team. The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and providing guests with quality service in a timely and friendly manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, vendors, co-workers and management. 
• Ensure guest satisfaction through a properly maintained property, guestrooms and by responding promptly and efficiently to all guest complaints and needs. 
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, including deep cleaning of assigned areas.
• Cleaning and setting up meeting function rooms.
• Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Hotel experience a plus
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
• Able to bend and stoop
• Able to climb ladders
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
