Location: Celina, OH
Pay: $22.16 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Housing & Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in Celina, Ohio. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining residential housing, campus grounds, and facility systems to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential and campus facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Install and repair drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops, doors, and hardware.
• Paint and maintain residential units and common areas.
• Service and repair appliances including refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Maintain landscaping and campus grounds, including snow and ice removal.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, inspections, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventories, and work orders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete maintenance and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six years of experience in facilities, apartment, property, or building maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, walk, and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work both indoors and outdoors.

Additional Information

• Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins may be required.
• Safety training and required certifications will be provided.
• Background screening required.
