Our client, located in Downtown Sacramento, is seeking a Housing Program Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and hard-working, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Housing Program Technician**

**Location: Downtown Sacramento**

**Pay Range: $21.66/hr**

**What's the Job?**

+ Processing applications - will be matching eligibility and confirming if the documents that are received match the requirements for the program.

+ Very organized, detail oriented, works quickly and efficiently.

+ Understands how to navigate functions in various databases.

+ Works in Yardi or similar database program.

+ May need to communicate with landlords/applicants so excellent customer service is needed.

+ Will be given a caseload that you will be in charge of handling.

**What's Needed?**

+ Positive, can-do attitude, reliable, punctual, energetic and detail oriented.

+ Customer Service and tech savvy.

+ Completion of pre-employment criminal background check.

+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
