We are seeking a Housing Program Manager is responsible for managing OCES' Housing Programs as assigned to ensure comprehensive and coordinated service systems
What you'll do:
Acting as a liaison to community agencies such as Local Housing Authorities, providers, and other community representatives to enhance communication and coordination
Ensuring quality of programs in accordance with policies and procedures
Maintaining program handbooks and other program materials
Monitoring and approving the work of assigned Housing Program staff
Participating in contracting processes, grant applications and budget development processes as appropriate
Planning and developing procedures to optimize program operations; implement initiatives to provide vibrant community programs
Representing the agency as directed; participating in public outreach/education activities
Submitting all reports as required
What you'll bring:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program administration/development
Ability to plan and organize work independently
Ability to develop and promote collaboration
Working knowledge of community programs, providers, resources, and community health care programs
Bachelor's degree Social Work, or related human services field; master's degree preferred
Current Social Work License preferred
Minimum five years' experience in human services
