The Training Coordinator, Housing Resource Centers ("HRC") is a subject-matter expert on HRC service delivery and HMIS documentation standards, responsible for training new and existing HRC staff and managers. The Training Coordinator delivers training primarily through hands-on, in-vivo instruction alongside staff at HRC sites, as well as structured onboarding and ongoing training sessions. This is a coordinator-level role focused on training delivery and compliance monitoring, without supervisory authority over program staff or strategic ownership of the agency's overall training system.
